Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The responsibilities include supervising and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, and implementing inspection procedures throughout project phases. The candidate will oversee quality audits, prepare reports, address non-conformance issues, and collaborate with various teams for continual process improvements.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, standards, and protocols
- Experience with developing and implementing quality management systems and conducting internal audits
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and standards
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage non-compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Proficiency in Industrial Automation, Process Instrumentation, and IoT-related technologies is an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; certifications in Quality Management or Six Sigma preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within electrical or industrial sectors
