Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves ensuring the adherence to quality standards, conducting inspections, implementing quality control protocols, and performing quality assurance evaluations. The engineer will also be responsible for quality auditing, managing documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications

*Proficiency in Quality Control practices and Inspection techniques

* Experience Required:5 Yrs+

* Manage QA/QC activities for fabrication works in accordance with approved project specifications, QAP, ITP, and applicable codes.

* Prepare, review, and implement WPS, PQR, and WPQ in line with applicable welding codes and project requirements.

* Prepare QAP and ITP for fabrication, welding, NDT, and painting activities.

*Support production and planning teams to achieve quality objectives without compromising safety or schedule.

*Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a team environment

*Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field

*Prior experience in marine engineering or related fields is a strong advantage
