Role Description

The Quality Assurance Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing quality control and assurance processes, conducting inspections, performing quality audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications. Daily tasks include preparation of Quality Assurance Plans, monitoring production processes, carryout stage inspections, testing as required, identifying areas for improvement, maintaining records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards at all stages of production.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection techniques to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices for process and product consistency.
  • Experience in conducting Quality Audits to identify non-conformities and implementing corrective actions effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in quality management and assurance.
  • Knowledge on Hydraulic, Pneumatic and precision machining components and their processes.
  • Knowledge on preparation of Quality Assurance Plans and plan and carryout the stage inspections.
  • preparation of necessary Inspection reports, test certificates at appropriate stages.
  • Coordinate customer inspections and resolve any discrepancies and corrections.
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering domains, especially in sectors such as aerospace, defense, or heavy industries, is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and other quality certifications will be an added advantage.
