Job Description
- Test and approve/reject incoming raw materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality.
- Conduct admixture and raw material trials.
- Perform concrete mix design trials.
- Ensure usage of approved mix designs only.
- Monitor moisture correction during production.
- Check fresh concrete quality and sampling as per standards.
- Ensure proper cube casting and testing.
- Maintain calibration of testing equipment.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support.
- Resolve site quality issues and monitor cube results.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records and documentation.
- Prepare quality MIS and consumption reports.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory checks.
