Location: Patna, Bihar, India

Salary: Rs 4 lakhs - 6 Lakhs per annum

We are looking for a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance activities across our construction sites. This role involves hands-on quality inspections, material testing coordination, and documentation to ensure all work meets specified standards and donor expectations.

Quality Inspections

• Conduct daily site inspections for civil, structural, and MEP works.
• Verify workmanship quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective actions.

Material Testing & Verification

• Coordinate material testing with NABL-accredited laboratories.
• Review and verify test reports for concrete, steel, bricks, and other construction materials.
• Maintain material traceability and quality records.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily quality inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Maintain QA/QC registers, checklists, and photographic documentation.
• Support quality audits and donor inspections with comprehensive documentation.

Collaboration

• Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on quality matters.
• Assist QA/QC Manager in implementing quality management systems.
• Participate in quality training and awareness programs.

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of Indian building codes, CPWD specifications, and testing standards.
• Familiarity with construction materials, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in healthcare or institutional infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of green building standards and sustainable construction practices.
• Exposure to donor-funded or NGO projects.
