About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our

web, API, and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers and product

teams to deliver high-quality SaaS/product-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, user stories, and specifications to create clear and detailed

test cases and test scenarios

Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing

Conduct API testing to validate backend functionality and integrations

Test web-based and API-driven applications to ensure optimal performance and usability

Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify issues early and resolve them efficiently

Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved as expected

Maintain proper test documentation, reports, and defect tracking

Support release cycles to ensure high-quality and stable deployments

Required Skills & Qualifications

12 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing

Strong understanding of manual testing concepts and methodologies

Hands-on experience with API testing

Experience testing web applications

Good communication and documentation skills

Basic exposure to automation testing (Playwright preferred)

Experience in mobile application testing (Android & iOS)

Good to Have

Basic knowledge of performance testing or security testing

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Experience working on SaaS or product-based applications
