key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for eCommerce websites and APIs.
- Use SmartBear tools such as TestComplete, SoapUI, and LoadNinja to perform UI, functional, performance, and API testing.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and DevOps to identify defects, reproduce bugs, and validate fixes.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
- Ensure that web pages comply with performance, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Maintain and improve test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in eCommerce or web application testing.
- Experience using SmartBear test tools (TestComplete, SoapUI, LoadNinja, BitBar).
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, QAComplete, or Zephyr.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, smoke testing).
- Solid knowledge of cross-browser and responsive testing best practices
