We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Guidewire implementation expertise to lead end-to-end delivery of P&C insurance programs. The role involves managing Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center implementations, upgrades, and transformations across Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Guidewire projects from initiation to go-live, managing scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive delivery governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
- Manage cross-functional and global teams across development, integration, data, testing, and operations.
- Oversee financials, forecasting, and change control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure alignment with P&C insurance business processes and regulations.
- Implement delivery best practices and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience in P&C insurance, with Guidewire program delivery exposure.
- Experience with Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center, integrations, and data migration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, IT, or related field.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Rally, and Confluence.
