Position OverviewThe QA Junior Executive is responsible for supporting routine Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with GMP, documentation standards, and internal quality systems. The role is execution-focused and involves active shop-floor presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesGMP & Shop-Floor Compliance
- Monitor GMP practices in production, packing, and warehouse areas
- Support line clearance activities before and after batch operations
- Ensure housekeeping, hygiene, and discipline on the shop floor
Batch Documentation
- Assist in review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
- Verify documentation for accuracy, completeness, and GDP compliance
- Coordinate with Production and QC for documentation flow
Documentation & SOP Control
- Assist in preparation, revision, issuance, and archival of SOPs and formats
- Maintain document control registers and records
- Ensure controlled copies are used at workstations
Deviation & CAPA Support
- Assist in logging deviations, incidents, and non-conformances
- Support follow-up and closure of CAPA under supervision
- Maintain investigation and compliance records
Training & Audit Support
- Support GMP and internal training programs and maintain training records
- Assist during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
Skills & Competencies- Basic knowledge of GMP and GDP
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Willingness to work on the shop floor
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Compliance-oriented and responsible approach
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
- 02 years of experiencein Quality Assurance (pharma/nutraceutical preferred)
- Freshers with strong GMP understanding may also be considered
