Quality Assurance Manager

Position Requirement:

• Hands on experience with software quality assurance experience in web-based technologies
• Proficient in web-based, n-tier software testing, API Testing
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers defining goals, priorities and best practices
• Hire & nurture top shelf Staff
• Manage Day to day activities of test engineers in Agile/ Waterfall environment
• Work with Project Management, Account Management and Development Management to define schedules & requirements and drive delivery
• Good understanding of the SDLC and multiple software engineering and testing methodologies
• Define and track Key Quality metrics
• Be a bridge between Quality and Customer First teams to incorporate end to end customer flows in test strategy

Role & Responsibilities

• 4+ years in people management experience
• 10+ years in software testing experience
• self-motivated, ownership , passionate, ability to remain focused and calm under pressure
• Good understanding of SDLC tools like workfront, JIRA, Confluence, google tools
• Experience in mobile, desktop and client facing applications
• Experience in Healthcare domain and Portal Applications
• Experience delivering content using enterprise CMS Platform
• Good knowledge in testing and automation methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to optimally prioritize and complete tasks in high pressure fast paced environment
• Good understanding of Adobe analytics and Google DFP along with experience in JavaScripting
