Job Description

Lead and manage Quality Assurance functions with over 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
Implement and maintain Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and GHP standards.
Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Oversee regulatory inspections and ensure adherence to food safety laws and industry best practices.
Manage complaint handling processes to promptly address and resolve quality issues.
Develop and enforce sustainable quality initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and product safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality culture throughout the organization.
Prepare and present quality reports and compliance documentation to senior management.
Train and mentor QA teams to maintain high standards of food safety and regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on food safety and regulatory excellence.
