Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in Kim. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the implementation of quality assurance systems, processes, and policies to ensure the highest standards of product quality. Daily responsibilities include inspecting production processes, developing quality strategies, conducting audits, analyzing quality metrics, creating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects. The role also entails driving continuous improvements and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained

• Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement

• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams for quality improvement

• Train and guide quality team members

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality metrics
