Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in chennai. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet company and customer standards. Key responsibilities include developing, executing, and improving quality management systems, conducting quality audits, managing a team of QA professionals, and addressing any quality-related challenges promptly. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes, maintain compliance, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in performing quality audits, problem-solving, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Experience in manufacturing and production standards, including knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and guide QA professionals in achieving quality goals.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency with quality inspection tools, software, and techniques.
• Engineering degree or equivalent in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or metal fabrication sector is highly advantageous.
