We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager t. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, driving continuous improvement throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Ensure that all products meet customer and regulatory requirements before delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in both German and English.
- Experience with quality assurance software tools.
