Quality Assurance Manager

Manage DQ Clinic operations, including identification ,segregation, traceability, and control of non conforming product,

Review and process non - conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate disposition with engineering and manufacturing.

Lead root cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure effective corrective and preventive Actions are identified.

Monitor quality performance indicators and support continual improvement initiatives

support internal and external audits and promote compliance with the AS9100 quality management system.

Prevent shipment of non-conforming or uncertified products and escalate quality risks appropriately

Perform product review, inspection verification and certification duties as certified laboratory control at source representative (CLCSR)
