About the Role
Lead end-to-end quality at our manufacturing site — from QMS setup to product release. You'll own Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, Compliance, and Manufacturing Quality Oversight across a multi-shift operation.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a robust QMS — SOPs, Quality Manual, Specifications, Change Control, CAPA, Risk Management
- Drive GMP compliance across all shifts; ensure zero unauthorized process changes
- Manage QC lab operations — RM, PM, in-process, FG, and water testing
- Lead all validation activities: Equipment IQ/OQ/PQ, Process, Cleaning, Water System, Stability Studies
- Establish and monitor accelerated and real-time stability programs; support shelf-life justification
- Approve raw material vendors; conduct supplier audits; maintain the Approved Vendor List
- Lead complaint investigations, RCA, and CAPA across recurring quality issues
- Support and lead audits: FSSAI, GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, customer, and internal
- Partner with R&D, Procurement, and Operations for tech transfer, validation batches, and scale-up
- Build team capability — manage QC Chemists and Quality Executives; run GMP training
What We're Looking For
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Food Technology)
- 10–15 years in Quality in nutraceutical, ayurvedic, food, or pharma manufacturing
- Hands-on experience setting up or managing a manufacturing facility
- Strong command of validation, audit management, and quality systems
- Deep understanding of GMP, FSSAI, ISO 22000, and HACCP requirements
