About Company:

Cureskin is a consumer-health brand that provides personalized skin & hair-fall

treatments. We operate through our mobile app in India and apply advanced AI to

automatically detect skin issues from photos, work with dermatologists to design

personalized treatments, and dispense our own branded products (cosmeceutical +

pharmaceutical).

The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing

manufacturing process quality assurance policies, procedures, and systems to

guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction. The

ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare or related industries, with a

keen eye for detail and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and Implement Quality Assurance & Quality Control processes in

pharmaceutical , nutraceutical and cosmeceutical products of Cureskin.

● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards,

FSSAI guidance and other relevant quality and safety guidelines.

● Product Testing and Validation: Oversee product testing and validation

processes to ensure that all products meet specified quality and performance

criteria. Identify Deviations in the process and ensure all activities in the process

are cGMP Compliant.

● Supplier and Vendor Management: Establish quality standards for suppliers and

vendors. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate supplier

performance and adherence to quality requirements.

● Quality Control: Implement robust quality control measures to monitor

production processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain

quality control protocols and documentation.

● Customer Feedback and Complaint Handling: Manage customer feedback and

complaints related to product quality. Investigate root causes of quality issues

and implement corrective and preventive actions.

● Team Leadership and Training: Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals.

Provide training and guidance to ensure that team members possess the

necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

● Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance

product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data and metrics

to identify trends and areas for optimization.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field. Advanced

degree preferred.

● Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics

industry.

● Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards, such as FDA

regulations and ISO certifications.

● Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

● Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.

● Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality control tools.

● Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification preferred.

Required Expertise: Candidates should have strong experience in dermatology products, with a preference for those who possess exposure to both pharmaceutical and cosmetic/skincare product segments.
