Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Bhopal. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and enforce food safety and compliance standards, lead audits, develop and implement quality control systems, and ensure adherence to local and global regulations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sustainable practices, analyzing quality reports, and leading training programs to enhance organizational compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, and other relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Food Safety Standards, Regulations, and Compliance (ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSAI)
• Experience in conducting Inspections, Audits, and Risk Analysis
• Proficiency in Quality Control Processes and QA Management Systems
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, and project management skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of sustainable food practices and their implementation
• Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and relevant software
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, HACCP, or Food Safety certifications are a plus
• ISO certification required: QMS / EMS / OHS (any one).
