We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who understands that quality is not just about testing at the end it's about building systems, processes, and teams that consistently deliver reliable outcomes. This role is for someone who can bring structure to quality practices while ensuring speed and efficiency are not compromised.
You'll lead QA efforts across projects, working closely with engineering, product, and leadership to ensure everything released meets high standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices
- Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Oversee test planning, execution, and release readiness across projects
- Drive test automation and improve overall testing efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality from early stages
- Monitor product quality metrics and continuously improve processes
- Identify risks, gaps, and areas of improvement in product and workflows
What We're Looking For
- 610+ years of experience in QA/testing, with team management exposure
- Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with performance, API, and integration testing
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance quality standards with delivery timelines
