Job Description

  • Quality Reporting: Determine formats and schedules for quality reporting in collaboration with departmental heads.
  • Data Analysis: Receive and analyze quality indicator trends and reports from all departments.
  • Patient Feedback: Collect and evaluate patient feedback from customer care to identify improvement areas.
  • Incident Management: Receive incident reports and assist in formulating corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Training & Awareness: Identify training needs and create awareness about quality assurance initiatives among staff.
  • Departmental Support: Provide guidance and feedback to departments to develop their internal QA programs.
  • Internal Audits: Organize and conduct internal audits in coordination with the internal audit team.
  • Accreditation Compliance: Liaise with external and internal bodies related to Quality Management System (QMS), certifications, and accreditations.
