Role Overview
We're looking for a QA Manager AI Automation to lead the evolution of quality engineering at E2M.
This role goes beyond testing.
You will own QA systems, drive AI adoption, and build scalable automation frameworks that improve speed, accuracy, and coverage across all digital delivery.
The expectation is to move QA from a manual, execution-heavy function AI-enabled, automation-first system.
Key Responsibilities
1. QA Strategy & Ownership
- Define and drive the QA roadmap aligned with business and delivery goals
- Establish scalable QA frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Own quality metrics, coverage, and release confidence
2. AI-Driven QA Transformation
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered testing tools to reduce manual effort
- Introduce AI in test generation, visual validation, defect prediction, and reporting
- Continuously experiment with emerging tools and translate them into practical use cases
3. Automation & Systems Thinking
- Build and scale automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
- Improve test reliability, execution speed, and maintainability
- Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines for faster and predictable releases
4. Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of QA engineers
- Drive accountability, ownership, and consistent delivery standards
- Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and delivery teams to resolve issues proactively
5. Process Optimization
- Analyze defect trends and testing gaps to improve QA efficiency
- Reduce cycle time while maintaining high quality standards
- Build documentation, playbooks, and reusable QA systems
What We're Looking For
- 47 years of experience in QA / Test Automation
- Proven experience in leading QA teams or owning QA functions
- Strong hands-on expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Exposure to AI-driven QA tools or automation accelerators
- Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, and quality engineering principles
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and release cycles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- High ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, not activity
Good to Have
- Experience with tools like Testim, Applitools, Percy, Mabl
- Familiarity with AI copilots (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts in testing
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
