Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, based in Thane near shahpur .The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing quality assurance processes to ensure product and process compliance with relevant standards. This includes overseeing product testing, initiating corrective actions for any identified quality issues, leading QA audits, and facilitating cross-functional coordination to maintain high-quality standards. The role also involves providing technical guidance and ensuring regulatory standards are met throughout the production lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in quality control processes, quality auditing, and standards compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address product and process issues effectively
  • Familiarity with materials testing, product development, and process optimization related to polymers/plastics
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess and interpret technical specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of bioplastics, sustainability practices, and industry trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
  • experience in plastic film manufacturing and compounding is desirable
