Primary skills: Designing Cognitive solutions for QA practice using GenAI, OpenAI, Meta LLaMA, AI/ML, NLP, LLM, Python
Secondary skills: Designing automation framework using Selenium, Playwright, TestCafe, designing web applications, JavaScript, TypeScript, API automation, Service virtualization, Specflow, integration of automation framework/tools in CI/CD pipeline
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions leveraging GenAI, AI/ML, NLP, LLM, and test automation.
- Designing Cognitive tools to enhance test automation process in terms of design, execution & reporting.
- Build in-house low code/no code automation framework
- Evaluate new testing technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance automation testing capabilities.
- Make recommendations for technology, automation tool & framework selection based on project requirements, scalability, and maintainability.
- Lead the development and implementation of automation test frameworks in different customer environments.
- Implement design patterns and architectural principles to ensure scalability, maintainability, and reusability of automation test frameworks.
- Present solution demos to clients, highlighting key features and value propositions
- Develop technical content and create solution slides for RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
- Drive a team of technical specialists, ensuring efficient collaboration and project delivery
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices, coding standards, and solution design principles
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of automation testing processes and artifacts to ensure compliance with established standards.
Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on developing Cognitive solutions
- Expertise in GenAI, OpenAI, AI/ML, NLP, LLM and latest industry trend tools
- Proven track record of designing and implementing test automation architectures for complex software systems in the P&C insurance domain.
- Have knowledge and architecture of various automation tools & framework in the industry
- Advanced proficiency in various industry standard GenAI and automation testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of automation testing architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and architecting QE solutions, Automation testing solutions for complex software applications.
- Knowledge of architectural patterns and principles for building scalable and maintainable automation test frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen diligence.
Good to Have:
- Understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance concepts.
- Any GenAI related certification
