Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Lead for an on-site position based in Bengaluru. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing quality checks, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with established standards. You will manage quality control activities, ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality management strategies. Leading and guiding a team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practices
• Understanding and experience in applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in operations
• Proficiency in Quality Auditing and conducting compliance assessments
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and documentation capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline
• Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional workflows is highly desirable
• Familiarity with quality systems in the tech or SaaS industry is a plus
