Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead testing activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise in Shipping & Logistics, along with hands-on technical skills and leadership experience to drive quality initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities and ensure high-quality deliverables across projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Perform API testing and validate backend services using SQL queries
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive resolution with development teams
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring adherence to QA best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 to 8 years of overall experience in QA
• 3 to 4 years of experience in the Shipping & Logistics domain, preferably with exposure to North American clients
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership or team handling role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in API testing
• Good knowledge of SQL

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium

Relevant Experience Preferred

• Experience working with international clients, preferably in North America
• Exposure to end-to-end QA lifecycle in logistics or supply chain-based applications
