Experience in implementing process maturity in a product/service environment
Good Experience in defining and executing metrics, analysis, and reporting
Good Knowledge and Experience in IT service management operations
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with effective communication.
Trained and Certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process will be an added advantage.

Role Summary
Good experience in software delivery models, SDLC assessments, process maturity implementation and provide early warnings to improve project outcomes.
Define and track software quality metrics, manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement.
Maintain complaint/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management.
Lead strategic quality planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the projects/programs.
Drive root cause analysis and facilitate effective corrective and preventative actions.
Collaborate across functions to drive quality excellence and deliver Delivery Assurance/Quality-related training.
