We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across projects and ensure high standards in testing and delivery quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
- Strong experience in Manual Testing and QA Governance
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Management, and Release Processes
- Knowledge of API Testing using tools like Postman / RestAssured
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Experience in managing cross-functional QA teams
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance delivery speed with quality expectations
- Exposure to Automation Testing frameworks/tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript
- Exposure to Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with Performance Testing tools like JMeter or Gatling
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services / FinTech domain
