- Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiative to complaints investigation unit and quality operations
- Study and understand the current workflow in complaints investigation unit and quality operations
- Support complaints samples inventory management and disposal project
- Perform data collation (e.g. process flow, duration of process/steps etc.)
- Organize and perform data analysis by creating simple programs
- Prepare presentation slides/posters for the project
- Participate in safety, business compliance, audits, cGMP and all other compliance-related activities
- Perform any other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualification & Job Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of diploma, including but not limited to Biotechnology, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- A good team player with ability to work independently
- Innovative and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge and application of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge and application of data analysis tools (e.g. macros, visual basic)
- This is for the January 2027 intake
