Job Summary:

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Executive - Testing and Colour to uphold

and elevate the Testing and colour standards for Blissclub's performance apparel

range. This role combines the precision of Testing with deep expertise in fabric

colour management, ensuring that every product meets our brand's promise of

superior performance, durability, and aesthetics.

You will define measurable standards for both Testing and colour accuracy, build

testing protocols, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive

uniformity and excellence across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Testing

-Define and implement quality standards and testing parameters across all apparel categories (leggings, bras, tops, outerwear, etc.) from fabric to finish.

-Develop performance benchmarks such as stretch recovery, pilling resistance, moisture management, shrinkage, and colourfastness.

-Make sure all Fabrics & products & Trims are tested before production.

-Conduct random testing on finished goods and vendor processes to ensure compliance with Blissclub's quality expectations.

-Work closely with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to build quality into the process, not just check it at the end.

-Track, document, and analyse test results to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.

-Drive inhouse lab approval process with vendor labs.

-Conduct Risk assessment of products at Development stage, foresee any failures and secure them

Color and Fabric Management

-Evaluate and approve lab dips, bulk fabrics, and colour submissions,

ensuring consistency across materials and production lots.

-Investigate and resolve colour-related issues throughout the production cycle,

collaborating with mills, suppliers, and labs.

-Ensure all raw materials meet Blissclub's colour and quality requirements

in terms of safety, testing, and performance.

-Partner with mills and third-party labs to maintain colour accuracy,

repeatability, and right-first-time approvals.

-Analyse colour data, evaluate supplier performance, and work with colour

technology tools (e.g., Spectrophotometer, Colour Tools software) to drive

precision.

-Collaborate with raw material, sourcing team to implement best practices in

dyeing, colour matching, and eco-friendly colour solutions.

What You Should Bring:

-Proven experience in apparel testing or fabric/colour technology, ideally

within activewear, sportswear, or performance wear.

-Strong understanding of fabric behaviour and colour science, including

colorimetry and textile dyeing/printing processes.

-Familiarity with international testing standards (AATCC, ASTM, ISO) and

ability to interpret lab test reports.

-Hands-on experience 8-10 years with colour evaluation tools and methods

(visual and digital).

-Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention

to detail.

-Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with design, product

development, and manufacturing teams.

-Working knowledge of MS Office, PDM/PLM systems, and colour software.

-Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
