Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Quality:

Conduct inward, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Check dimensions, finishing, functionality, and assembly for all products.
Perform random testing and sampling for consistency and durability.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve product quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Packaging & Printing Quality

Inspect packaging materials and verify printing accuracy including color consistency, text clarity, alignment, logo accuracy, and barcode readability.
Ensure packaging design and printing match approved artwork and brand standards..
Check packaging assembly quality proper sealing, labeling, and presentation of the final product.
Report any printing or packaging deviations and coordinate with the design and packaging vendors for corrections.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain QC checklists, reports, and inspection records for all product and packaging batches.

Cross-Team Coordination.

Provide feedback to design and printing teams to improve packaging materials and print execution.
Assist in training internal staff on basic QC procedures and product handling standards

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering / Quality / Printing / Packaging Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 25 years of experience in QC within FMCG, packaging.
Strong understanding of printing techniques, color management, and packaging materials.
Knowledge of inspection tools, testing procedures, and documentation.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills
