Process Audit / Quality Assurance Executive (Domestic BPO Operations)

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (Near Metro Station)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 5–7 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Process Audit / Quality Assurance Executive for Domestic BPO operations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting call audits, process audits, quality monitoring, compliance checks, and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct call audits and process audits for operations teams
  • Monitor adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
  • Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare QA reports, audit reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate with operations teams to improve process efficiency and quality
  • Maintain audit records and track performance metrics
  • Ensure consistent quality standards across operations

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in BPO Quality, Process Audit, or QA Operations
  • Experience in call auditing, quality monitoring, and compliance checks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and team coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Hindi speaking is mandatory

Preferred

  • Experience in Domestic BPO process is mandatory
  • Experience in telecalling, healthcare, pharma, or customer support QA
  • Immediate joiners preferred
