We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects in software applications.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing for various projects.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
- Analyze testing results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in test case design and execution.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
