Position: Quality Assurance Engineer

Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate – Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of QA processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to identify, document, and track bugs effectively. This role is suited for professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality products and ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

What you will do:

• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Understand product requirements and create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar bug-tracking systems.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Validate fixes and perform re-testing to ensure defect closure.
• Participate in release testing and ensure product quality before deployment.
• Maintain proper documentation of test activities and results.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Hands-on experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
