Xtrawrkx is Hiring for a leading player in Battery manufacturing space. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with 23 years of experience in a battery manufacturing / energy storage company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, process adherence, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections for battery packs, cells, BMS, and chargers.
- Develop and implement QA processes, SOPs, and checklists.
- Perform testing and validation of batteries for performance, safety, and reliability.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and design teams for quality issue resolution.
- Maintain QA records, reports, and audit documentation.
- Support RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement activities.
Skills Required
- Experience in QA/QC for batteries or electronics.
- Knowledge of battery pack assembly, cell testing, BMS & charger validation.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Immediate joining preferred with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
