Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer who can lead the Quality Assurance function at VAYUZ by establishing a Centre of Excellence (CoE). You will own the test strategy, introduce automation frameworks, and ensure robust QA processes across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the QA Centre of Excellence.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Conduct manual, unit, and integration testing across web and mobile applications.
• Lead QA efforts in Agile teams: test planning, execution, defect reporting.
• Set up testing standards, documentation, and continuous QA improvement practices.
• Perform performance and security testing where applicable.
• Mentor and manage junior QA team members.
• Work closely with development and product teams for test coverage and quality.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in QA (manual + automation).
• Strong in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Jenkins).
• Experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger), JIRA, and other QA tools.
• Knowledge of Blockchain and crypto-related application testing is a big plus.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in setting up QA from scratch.
• Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
