About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer who can ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in both manual and automation testing, possess strong analytical skills, and be comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

This role offers the freedom to explore modern testing approaches, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted testing methodologies to deliver high-quality products faster.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing for web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and software platforms.
• Identify, document, track, and verify bugs through the complete lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and smoke testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing.
• Validate API functionality using testing tools.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and release activities.
• Ensure application stability, usability, performance, and security from a QA perspective.
• Leverage AI tools and modern QA platforms to accelerate test creation, bug detection, test coverage analysis, and reporting.
• Continuously improve QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing workflows.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases.
• Knowledge of Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Exposure to performance testing tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted QA tools and workflows.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database validation.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
