Responsibilities

• Ensures all applicable ISO 9001/AS/EN 9100 standard requirements and certifications also are to be complied and reports to Management Representative on QMS improvement and Certification management for AS/EN 9100.
• Directing, establishing, reviewing, implementing, controlling & monitoring the quality processes in order to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
• The Internal Audit element of this position is responsible for auditing the compliance of MCA group to the business processes beyond the basic AS/EN 9100 Quality management systems requirements.
• Support QMS development initiatives for any new venture or plant to existing MCA sites, Future business opportunities and ensure awareness of QMS requirements.
• To ensure that the Corporate Quality System remains effective and in compliance with customer and industry quality standards.
• Future business opportunities (QMS updates, knowledge sharing to Tata group, Assessment support, sharing, new companies, new customer requirements, etc.)

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Aero/Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• 6-10 years in Aerospace and Defense Industry

Required Skills

• Aware of the Corporate Procedures, QMS knowledge, PCF knowledge.
• System, Process and Product - Quality Auditing process.
• Knowledge on internal Audit function, Internal Audit and External Audit.

Preferred Skills

• ISO 9001, AS9100 requirements, Aero-structure Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Management systems.
• Airworthiness Regulation- EASA, FAA etc.
