Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Title: QA Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a QA Engineer to test our web application and APIs. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through manual testing and API validation.

Responsibilities:

- Write and execute test cases

- Perform manual testing of web applications

- Test APIs using tools like Postman

- Identify and report bugs with proper documentation

- Perform regression testing before releases

- Work closely with developers to resolve issues

Requirements:

- Experience in manual testing

- Strong understanding of REST APIs

- Hands-on experience with Postman

- Basic knowledge of HTTP methods and status codes

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

- Experience with automation tools (Cypress / Selenium)

- Basic knowledge of Git

- Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira

Preferred:

- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
