About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of our platform. This is a remote, full-time position. You'll be responsible for both manual and automated testing, working closely with developers and product managers to deliver high-quality software at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases based on product requirements
• Build and maintain test scripts using Python or Java
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand features, architecture, and technical implementation
• Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and tools
• Ensure product quality through functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with automation testing using Python or Java
• Solid foundation in manual testing and test case development
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Selenium, PyTest, TestNG, or similar testing frameworks
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
