We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual and automation testing, experience managing a small QA team, and a solid grasp of Selenium (with Python), Cypress, or Playwright frameworks.

Manual Testing

• Design, develop, and execute test cases in accordance with requirements and specifications.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements.
• Provide structured feedback on quality issues and product improvements.

Automation Testing

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium (Python), Cypress, or Playwright.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify opportunities for automation to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
• Ensure automation scripts are robust, reusable, and well-documented.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, processes, and standards.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for project releases.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, including 1–2 years managing a QA team.
• Proven expertise in automation testing (Selenium with Python, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and SDLC.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) preferred.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (JavaScript, TypeScript) is a plus.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is an advantage.
