Quality Assurance Engineer

• Design, code, and test enterprise-level applications and system components

• Develop and execute test scenarios and test plans for complete validation of software changes

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business priorities

• Analyze and improve system and service efficiency through testing and feedback

• Identify design issues and propose usable technical solutions

• Troubleshoot issues reported by users and ensure timely resolution

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve end-user experience

• Ensure third-party applications are aligned with system standards and usability requirements

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support Agile development practices

• Work closely with engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployments

• Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Promote transparency, collaboration, and quality-driven development practice
