Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and test new enterprise-wide applications.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business priorities.
• Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
• Create and execute test scenarios/plans for new and updated components.
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues.
• Foster a culture of openness, transparency, and agile practices.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to document functional requirements and end-user experience needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to identify design problems and implement solutions.
• Ensure third-party applications deliver a consistent end-user experience.
• Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
