Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a 5+ Years of Exp in Quality Engineer to validate the performance, accuracy, and reliability of Copilot agents. This role involves developing test plans, simulating user interactions, and ensuring agents meet acceptance criteria and business expectations. You will work closely with developers and AI engineers to maintain high-quality standards for conversational AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test scenarios for agent workflows
• Validate agent responses against expected outcomes
• Log defects and collaborate with developers for fixes
• Track test coverage and quality metrics
• Support UAT and production readiness assessments
• Contribute to playbooks and QA documentation
