Quality Assurance Engineer

• Position: - Quality Assurance Engineer.

• Requirement:-

• Experience :- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

• Qualification :- Diploma/Degree/ Bsc (Mechanical or related field preferred)

• Job Location: - Panchasheel industrial area, Tal:- Khalapur Dist :- Raigad

• Steel plant, Sheet metal, Fabrication QC experience preferred

• Candidate with Immediate Joining will be preferred.

Key Responsibilitie

s• Conduct incoming, in-process, final, and pre-dispatch inspections

.• Ensure products are manufactured as per drawings, specifications, QAP, and customer requirements

.• Prepare and maintain quality documents such as Inspection Reports, NCR, CAPA, QAP, ITP, calibration records, and quality check sheets

.• Review fabrication drawings and verify dimensions, tolerances, welding quality, and workmanship

.• Monitor shop-floor quality, identify defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions

.• Support ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and customer audits

.• Train operators and production teams on quality standards and inspection requirements

.• Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis

.• Coordinate with production, stores, and suppliers to ensure quality compliance

.• Willing to work in shifts

.Requirements & Skill

s• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

.• Ability to read fabrication drawings and understand GD&T

.• Knowledge of QAP, ITP, NCR, CAPA, ISO 9001, and quality documentation

.• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)

.• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

.• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

.• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
