Role: Software QA / Testing Fresher (01 Years)
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about software quality and eager to learn testing best practices in a real-world, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements, specifications, and basic technical documents
- Assist in creating and executing test cases and test scenarios
- Perform manual testing on web and/or mobile applications
- Identify, report, and track bugs clearly using bug-tracking tools
- Support regression testing after bug fixes and new feature releases
- Work closely with developers and product teams to understand system behavior
- Help ensure product quality before releases
- Learn and follow QA processes and documentation standards
- Stay curious and up-to-date with basic testing tools and techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 01 year of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC fundamentals
- Ability to write clear and simple test cases
- Basic understanding of black-box testing
- Familiarity with any bug tracking tool is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn automation and advanced testing concepts
