Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Remote (23 days WFO per month)
Shift Time: 11:00 AM 9:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual testing fundamentals and experience validating complex Salesforce functionalities to ensure high-quality, stable releases.
This role involves close collaboration with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver reliable and defect-free Salesforce solutions.
Key Skills (Mandatory)
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, workflows, validations)
- Excellent manual testing fundamentals:
- Test case design
- Test coverage and execution
- Defect identification, tracking, and triage
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality, usability, and data integrity
- Execute regression, integration, and system testing cycles
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects through resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and validate fixes
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Automation testing experience using Java
- Hands-on exposure to Selenium and/or c
- Basic understanding of automation frameworks and test execution pipelines
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing
- Strong background in manual testing with exposure to automation
- Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
