Quality Assurance Engineer

Role: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Location: Hyderabad (BPMLinks)

Work from Office (EST time zone)

*Key Skills:*

1. *Root Cause Analysis (RCA)*: Proven ability to identify and analyze root causes of complex issues.

2. *Problem Management*: Experienced in managing and resolving problems, minimizing impact on users.

3. *Log Analysis*: Skilled in analyzing logs to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

4. *Monitoring Tools*: Proficient in using monitoring tools (AWS Log Analysis, EKS etc.) to detect and troubleshoot issues.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Identify and troubleshoot issues*: Use RCA and log analysis to identify root causes of issues.

2. *Develop and implement problem management processes*: Create and refine processes to manage and resolve problems.

3. *Analyze logs and monitoring data*: Use log analysis and monitoring tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

4. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams*: Work with development, operations, and other teams to resolve issues and improve overall quality.

*Desired Qualifications:*

1. *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field*: Strong foundation in computer science and software engineering principles.

2. *2+ years of experience in QA or related field*: Proven experience in QA, testing, or related field.

3. *Certifications in QA or related field*: Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
