Senior Manual QA & Project Coordinator

Position Summary
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Manual QA & Project Coordinator who can take complete ownership of quality assurance and project coordination across our web applications.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end testing
- Documentation
- Release validation
- Coordination with developers and stakeholders
- Tracking project deliverables and timelines
This is not a training role.
You should be able to independently drive QA activities and coordinate project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Manual QA (Core Responsibility – 60%)
- Perform functional, regression, UI, and exploratory testing
- Test web applications built on React, Three.js, and Laravel
- Validate APIs, workflows, and edge cases
- Ensure production readiness before releases
- Conduct cross-browser and responsive testing
2. QA Ownership & Documentation
- Create and maintain:
- Test cases
- Test plans
- Bug reports (Jira)
- Regression suites
- QA documentation and release notes
- Ensure proper test coverage across features and releases
3. Bug Tracking & Quality Control
- Log bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and severity
- Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
- Re-test and validate fixes before deployment
- Track recurring issues and quality trends
4. Project Coordination & Release Management (40%)
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders on task progress
- Track feature timelines, deliverables, blockers, and dependencies
- Ensure timely QA completion aligned with release schedules
- Conduct follow-ups and provide regular project status updates
- Assist in sprint planning, prioritization, and release coordination
- Identify project risks/issues and escalate proactively

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in Manual QA and/or Project Coordination
- Strong understanding of:
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- UI/UX validation
- Release coordination
- Project tracking and reporting
- Experience with Jira, bug tracking, and Agile workflows
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing web application releases
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams
