Job Title: Quality Analyst (Manual Automation)
Location: Delhi (Work from Office)
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is typically required (B. E/ B.Tech./ MCA/ M.SC(CS)). A master's degree can be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and define test strategies with the development team.
- Design and execute manual & automated test cases.
- Identify, log, and track defects; ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression, performance, and load testing.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
- Implement process improvements and testing best practices.
- Maintain documentation of test plans, cases, and results.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of test automation, test strategy, and regression testing.
- Proficiency in tools/frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, JIRA (or similar).
- Hands-on programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or Ruby for automation scripting.
- Knowledge of various testing methodologies (manual, automation, regression, performance).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report results.
