Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality.
- Utilize Selenium and other automation tools to create robust test frameworks.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, track, and resolve software defects.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Design and implement testing strategies based on software requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles.
- Document test results, defects, and improvements using bug tracking tools.
- Continuously enhance automation frameworks and improve testing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
